Most of Marco’s condos and houses are on canals or open water. Crescent Beach is lined with luxury high-rises (the island has more than 100 condo buildings), and the view from the upper floors is spectacular — the Gulf water below is a captivating shade of turquoise on sunny mornings. Tigertail Beach attracts birders and shell collectors.

South Beach is home to some of Marco’s most spectacular real estate – as well as the enchanting and popular beach itself. Access is through the South Marco Beach access, which includes a 70-car parking lot at Swallow Avenue across from Collier Boulevard from the beach access.  Tigertail Beach is equally picturesque, located at the north end of the island. The 31-acre public beach is complex!
