As of the end of 2014, Florida still leads the nation in foreclosures, with foreclosure filings on one out of every 462 units according to RealtyTrac.  While the number is still significant, the number is decreasing and many experts believe that prices in Southwest Florida, including Marco Island and Naples will continue to rise.
